Bring your scripts, talent, skills, and expertise to develop scripts and  projects in collaboration with other creatives.

scriptLab is a FREE monthly event bringing together professionals and emerging talent to workshop new material, and explore the possibilities of production.

 

This initiative is developed from a collaboration between, ProducerWorks, Bath Spa University  and Tabb, the portfolio & team-forming platform for independent filmmakers, producers and actors. 

​

If you want to:

• workshop a new idea

• test run some scripted materials

• hear your script performed

• engage with other creatives

• meet and connect with a community of creatives as friends or potential collaborators 

• develop and enhance your practice

• receive professional feedback

 

Then please join us in a safe, supportive space.

You’re welcome to participate as a writer, actor, director, producer or as any creative who wishes to collaborate. Or you can just come along and join our community.

Writers 

To have you script put forward to be workshopped please upload it to the drop box linked to the event profile in Tabb or contact Kerry on kerry@producerworks.org, include your scenes/excerpts/sketches or full script, and if possible outline at what stage your script is at and how a workshop may support you.

Other Creatives

If it's not clear from your Tabb profile please let Kerry know how you wish to engage with the workshop (e.g you may be an actor who wishes to develop their director practice, or you may be a writer or producer who would like to come along to see what it's all about).
